송곳니 라는 녀석은 가끔 뼈 밖으로 나오지 못하고 말썽을 부리기도 합니다.

오늘은 #매복송곳니 이야기입니다.

송곳니는 3번째 치아입니다.

앞니 바로 옆에 위치하여 심미적으로도 매우 중요한 치아입니다.

2018.1.20. 처음 병원에 오셨던 환자분입니다.

이렇게 매복된 치아가 뼈 안에 있단 이야기를 듣고 교정전문치과로 찾아오셨습니다.

영구치 송곳니가 매복이 되어있으니 유치송곳니가 아직 입안에 남아있던 상태였습니다.

다른 문제점은 그로 인해 중심선이 맞지 않았고,

#과개교합 이 동반되어 있는 상태였습니다.

이 모든 것을 한번에 해결하기로 했습니다.

매복치를 배열하기 위해서는 손잡이가 필요합니다.

손잡이를 달기 위한 수술을 진행했습니다.

치료 초반에 준비했답니다.

조금씩 약한 힘으로 송곳니를 원래 위치로 당겨옵니다.

약 1년 11개월 정도의 치료기간의 변화입니다.

이렇게 변화되었습니다.

송곳니 견인도 어린 나이에 할수록 좋습니다.

화살표로 표시된 부위의 잇몸이 약해진 상태에서 제위치를 시킨다면 심미적인 문제 뿐만 아니라 치아 주변조직의 건강에도 문제가 생길 수 있습니다.
